Overview

A Day Session gives a group enough time to learn how AI tools behave and then use them on real work before the day ends. The morning covers the fundamentals every role needs. The afternoon is building time: each person works on a task from their own job, with us alongside.

The content follows the people in the room. Engineers, operations staff, and first-time users can share a session, and each person leaves with work that fits what they do.

What we ask from you

  • Three to five real tasks or workflows the group wants to improve, shared a week ahead
  • Working logins for the AI tools your organization has approved
  • Your policy on what data can go into AI tools, so the exercises follow it
  • A room with a screen, or a video link for a virtual session

Who it suits

Teams that have AI tools but uneven use, groups preparing to roll out a new tool, and leaders who want a shared baseline before deciding where to invest.

A typical day

Times shift to suit your group. The order stays the same.

  1. AM

    Working fundamentals

    How current models behave and fail, how to write and check prompts, and what is safe to share with an AI tool.

  2. Mid

    Map the work

    Each person picks one real task from their own job. We sort which tasks suit a prompt, a skill, or an automated step.

  3. PM

    Build

    Hands-on building on those tasks, with us alongside each person or small group.

  4. End

    Review and next steps

    Everyone shows what they built. We agree what to keep using, what to refine, and what to try next.

BCG found regular AI use is sharply higher among employees who receive at least five hours of training, with in-person coaching. A Day Session clears that bar in one sitting.

Questions

Virtual, in person or hybrid?

Any of the three, and the day follows the same plan. Virtual sessions run over our secure remote-session connection, and everyone joins from our session page. In person, we come to your location. A hybrid plan mixes the two, for example an in-person morning with virtual follow-up sessions.

How is travel handled?

Travel costs are kept reasonable and invoiced at the end of the engagement, with receipts available on request.

Do we need a specific AI tool?

No. We work in the tools you already have. If you have none yet, part of the morning covers choosing one.

Can people with no AI experience join?

Yes. Mixed groups work well, and the afternoon build is paced to each person.

What happens after the day?

Some teams follow with hourly sessions for individual questions. Others move to a Week Engagement to build something larger.
