Two kinds of sessions
Build a skill fast
For professionals and corporate teams who need a specific AI skill this week.
- A prompt that gives different answers every time
- Choosing between a script, a model call and an agent
- Checking an automation or agent design before it is built
- Setting up an AI toolkit for a new role
Use AI well in daily life
For students, job seekers, parents and families who want to use AI safely and effectively.
- Students, one-on-one, using AI for schoolwork honestly and well
- Job seekers using AI to research roles, tailor applications and prepare for interviews
- Parents who are concerned about AI or want to understand the tools their kids use
- Families and households agreeing how AI gets used at home
- Group webinars that cover several topics or questions in one session
Book the time you need
Sessions are booked by the hour. Take one, or book a block for bigger work without committing to a full day.
One focused question
- A prompt, a tool or a decision you are stuck on
- Answers you can use the same day
Learn it, then use it
- Time to learn a tool and apply it to real work
- Room to build something start to finish in one sitting
Hours over a project
- Sessions spread over days or weeks
- Each one picks up where the last left off
How a session works
- Before
Tell us what you need
A two or three sentence summary when you book, plus any file, prompt or screen you want to work on.
- During
Work it live
Over a secure remote session, we work on your screen, in your accounts, until you have answers you can use.
- After
Keep the results
Written notes, every prompt or file we built, and a recording on request.
About one in ten small-business workers say they were offered formal AI training. A few focused hours on your own problem is a fast way to close that gap.

What you keep
- Written notes with the answer, the reasoning, and the next steps
- Every prompt, file or configuration we built, yours to edit and reuse
- A recording of the session, on request

Questions
Do I need technical experience?
No. We start from where you are, whether this is your first week with an AI tool or your hundredth agent.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The ones you use. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini come up most often, and we work in the account you or your organization already has.
How many hours should I book?
One hour for a single question. Two or three hours to learn a tool and use it on real work, or to build something in one sitting. When the work needs most of a day, a Day Session is usually the better fit.
Can a parent and a teenager book a session together?
Yes. Family and household sessions work well, and they are a good way to agree how AI gets used at home and for schoolwork.
Do you run sessions for groups?
Yes. A group webinar covers several topics or questions in one virtual session, so everyone hears the answers and can ask their own.
How do virtual sessions work?
Hourly sessions are all virtual, over our secure remote-session connection. At the scheduled time you join from our session page, share your screen, and we work through it together.
Is it safe to share my work in a session?
You stay in control of your screen and your accounts for the whole session. When the material is sensitive, we can work from a sample or a redacted copy.
